This app is clearly not robust, and has very limited ability for customizations in order. There is almost nothing to like about the app accepted. It is clean look. The problem is it’s clean looking because it’s lacking any function. I would rather just order from the speaker. Would love to be able to tie the credit card or some payment method.almost no redeeming value.

I gave it a one because I can’t even use it. To get past the opening screen, you have to know your license plate number. I put in the model and the color of the car plus my name do they really need a license plate number also?

The app and quality of PJ’s are both incredible. Small business with massive potential and big business quality!!

I gave a rating of 3 stars because just going through the site, to see locations, I noticed a misspelled word in a location. The word “parish” for your St. Bernard parish locations is spelled wrong. It’s not Perish, it’s parish. (In Louisiana, we don’t have counties like other states. They’re all parishes)

Not that user-friendly. I added this app and deleted it less than five minutes later after it wasn’t clear how to get Rewards for in-store purchases. There is one PJs location in my area. I go there to study/hangout so the online ordering feature doesn’t do anything for more. I was expecting it to have the same bar code scanner for loyalty points the same as Dunkin’s app has. So much potential!

it’s a smooth process ordering your drinks on the app. The struggle is paying for it and actually getting your food. I had a $25 gift card that a coworker had given me and I used 15 of the dollars from the gift card to pay for 2 large beverages . In order to use my gift card, I had to link it with my debit card.. there was a disclaimer that -the gift card will be used to pay the bulk of my order and my debit card would be used if necessary ,to pay the remaining balance… I was very confused to find out that I had an $1.88 charge from my bank account to PJ’s Coffee I’m also unsure if the timing is off or if the app is delivering the orders to the cafés on time. The app had suggested that my order would be ready for pickup at 2:09 PM but I sat in the shop, from 2:14 pm to 2:32 pm ,waiting for my order and late to go back to work from my lunch break …
