Description
Passing the Physician Associate National Examination (PANE) is required to become a qualified physician associate in the UK. The exam includes two parts. The first part is made up of a 200-question, single-best-answer assessment taken online and the second part is an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE).

Overpriced for what it is.
The question bank is sadly somewhat dated, with many questions linking to NICE guidance pages that have since been changed or removed altogether. Meaning that for certain topics the answers are incorrect. That combined with the litany of grammatical errors that run consistently through the question bank are disappointing as it’s a more expensive service, and doesn’t deliver a premium experience.

Assessment
Allow us redo questions to access our ability to understand what we’ve learnt , how can I do the test once and not be able to redo it again. This must stop . Is this how to teach? There ought to be a way to reassess yourself after studying
Fantastic resource for nationals!
I have been using Plabable as a study resource in preparation for the national exam. Plabable gems are great at consolidating information. I recommend completing all Plabable mock exams as they mimic the national written paper very well.

Great app for PAs studying for nationals!
Useless!!
I wouldn’t have subscribed if this is how app operated. I logged out and can’t logged back in another device. I wanted to log in on my laptop so I don’t take screenshots as I have habits of doing it his, to prevent that, I want to use my laptop and it’s not letting me logging even though I already log out on my phone. Just useless app!
Physician Associate review
All I can say is I wish I used this sooner. Very good, clear structure and works well on a mobile device. Great access to question banks and mocks. Very good extra material available in the form of revision days online (very reasonable in price) and worth every penny of the £15 paid for these additional days. Honestly wouldn’t get that level of ‘real’ learning elsewhere else for that price. They have a friendly UK based WhatsApp group which is amazing for peer support and always there on hand to answer a question. I’ve just passed my nationals! 🎉And I used Plabable solely for study during the last 6 mths before OSCE/MCQ. Would I recommend - 100%. If you put in the time to study, PLABPA is brilliant easy to use, and I speak for a dyslexic student. Absolutely spot on. Thanks Plabable.
