Plabable for PLAB and MLA

Good but needs to fix some frequent errors specially this cracks that happens after open lab values

The app is full of bugs I feel like I have wasted my time & money on a useless app The mocks timer is broken, 3 of them ended abruptly only a couple of questions into the exam Also, my account has been broken for like 3-4 days and I sent multiple emails to the plabableIT - still not fixed! So frustrating Really my exam is only a week away and Here I’m wasting my time on this useless app Fix this ASAP!

I cannot help but appreciate the ease of Plabable in navigating through the syllabus. I would highly recommend it. The only feedback I can think of is : it would be nice to keep a track of which chapters we have finished in PLAB keys just like question bank categories.

A great thank you to Dr Sze and his entire Plabable team for the countless efforts and time that was put into creating such a platform. Undoubtedly, the way in which it is structured ensured a very smooth learning experience. Going through the app twice is more than enough in paving your way to passing the exam. Approach it by understanding the concepts instead of memorizing (as advocated by the Plabable team) and use every feature:be it the revision guides, gems , question banks or even the mocks. From personal experience the grand mocks seemed to be harder than the actual exam, this actually made exam day easier with me attaining a pretty decent score (honestly it was more than what I anticipated). Revision is the mother of knowledge, please dedicate the time needed , everyone isn’t the same but this app will help you figure your own way through it. All the best to current and upcoming users and test takers. A Plabable fan.

Best source for plab 1 preparation. No need to go here and there and search for study materials bcoz plabable has everything designed in a very organised way that is more than enough for plab 1 exam. Do all the question banks of each section first OR if you have time then you can start reading gems of each section and solve it’s questions , flag the wrong ones or the ones you feel difficult while solving and later on review them while your second read . The free mocks on plabable are the revision of whole question bank once again. So I don’t think it’s necessary to reset the Q bank again! Do give big mock since its very helpful and help you with time management also. Tip: If you have time then do attend the 4 day plabable revision course It’s highly recommended… It will make your preparation strong and you will get a push in those portions as well where you felt difficulty while giving the first read.

I did 19 mocks that plabable provides in their app along with one big mock. The maximum I scored was 142 in the mocks but I ended up scoring 153 in the exam. Plabable is the best thing for this exam and you really don’t need anything else. Start with gems followed by their question bank. Then revision guides while you keep giving mocks and you’re good to go. PLAB 1 is a pretty standard exam and they don’t try and trick us with the questions. It’s quite straightforward and if you decide to go for multiple materials you’re only going to ruin your prep. Stick to Plabable, do the mocks, attend the revision course and you really will pass. There’s no doubt about it!

Plabable was the only source I used to clear my Plab 1 exam. It’s more than enough to understand the concepts and crack the exam. They literally made the preparation concise and understandable. Worth paying every penny. I’m really grateful to the whole team. I wish they start such course for MRCOG preparation as well!!
