The creator contains five labs, each with a specific focus. Choose which of them you want to use for any given scenario:
● Core lab: Edit core scenario information, write background narratives, set win conditions, edit translations and more
● Disease lab: Develop a bespoke plague with unique stats and fully customised symptoms, abilities and transmissions.
● World lab: Control country attributes, such as population, climate, health care budgets, and air routes.
● Government lab: Dictate actions taken by governments in response to your disease. Modify existing actions or create entirely new ones.
● Events lab (advanced users): Create game-changing events and narrative pop ups for your scenario using powerful scripting tools.

Once you’ve made your scenario - choose who you want to infect with it:
● Share scenarios directly with friends by sending them an email (or link in Twitter/Facebook etc)

READ THIS REVIEW. IT NEVER WORKS. DEVELOPERS LISTEN! EVERY TIME I TRY AND PLAY IT IT NEVER WORKS. DON'T BOY THIS - thing or whatever it is because it says it's not a game.
this is so epic but misses one thing
this is amazing, and i think i made a good game, however, can you make it so we can change who countries are ruled over? this is a amazing app overall.
Terrible. Just terrible.
1. You can’t change any of the transmissions, symptoms, and abilities. 2. Every single video I’ve seen of Plague Inc. Scenario Creator looked like a completely different app. Even the Home Screen! 3. Why do I need Plague Inc. to play all of my scenarios? Why?! 4. I can’t even play my scenarios, just test them. In conclusion, a terrible app. Please do not play this £2.50 piece of absolute junk. Total rip-off.
Good but needs to be fixed
I have added custom traits but when I test my disease the custom traits don’t show up. Please fix this issue although this is still a good game.
Cool app if it worked…
I don’t know why I’m writing this I’m pretty sure no one is going to read it but let me get into why I rated this 1 star so I along with everyone else bought this for money and so you would expect the best quality experience so I downloaded this and then spent 3-5 hours making a scenario to find that none of my custom traits even showed up I tried everything to fix this but nothing worked so can you either fix this or give me a refund!
Great App but it misses a feature which would allow even more customisation
This app is very useful and easy to use and I have already made a few Scenarios and I am very happy with the app in general. However I believe that it misses a key function. In the official scenario "Fake News" you can see that "Dead" is replaced by "Decieved", "Healthy" is replaced with "Informed" and "Cure" is replaced with "Fact Checking". In my opinion bringing the feature to be able to change these in our custom scenarios would make them make more sense in scenarios where they wouldn't be "Infected", "Dead" or "Healthy". Adding this feature to the app would allow certain Scenarios to make more sense visually.
BRILLIANT
I love this app and I like that you can do so much stuff just on one symptom or transmission or ability you can do so much stuff and I’m creating my first scenario on this app I think it’s really good I have plague inc too by the way.
Good but how to get an ID?
Overall, I’ve enjoyed creating scenarios, but whenever i want to share them it says I need an id? I had an ndemic account and a steam account but I couldn’t use my steam acc unlike what it said and the other account did nothing. A little help please?
