Another worthless app. No offline reading, which defeats the purpose of having a subscription. When you need assistance, P&P just can’t seem to find your email address. Of course, I’m sure they’ll be able to find all of my info when it comes time to renew my subscription!
So Plane and Pilot stopped mailing paper magazines to all subscribers and moved to a digital-only format. I install the app on my phone and table to be able to read the new issues, but no, the app is only for digital subscribers. I get the whole no publishing during COVID thing, but if you’re going to do that, at least provide a native mobile device experience (which already exists for digital subscribers). Don’t force me to read issues in a web browser.
After the new app installed itsself the complete library is gone and won’t restore. Even worse: no access to new issues with the app! The only way to get the issues: online reading through your browser. I will cancel the subscription.
Even though you buy a subscription through the App Store the app will not recognize this and prompt you to pay for each issue. Try to get customer service to reply.....they’re non-existent.
Crashes incessantly. Can’t read more than a page.

The app is crashing every 5 minutes. So annoying, it makes it impossible to read the Magazine.

Keeps asking to restore purchases but then says I’m subscribed. Won’t let me download issues and read without crashing.
Only loads ad pages. Content won’t load. Waste of $4.99. Stick with paper edition.
