This app does not recognize username and password. Same user name and password works on website but not on app. Reset email from app never arrives, reset on website possible but app does not recognize username and password. How are we suppose to make this work? Pls help with this problem. Without logging in this app is useless.
I feel that PlanetWatch itself is a great project, but it needs an app that is to a higher standard, especially if we’re supposed to trust it with a seed phrase. Face ID doesn’t work, it has never tried to unlock with my face. Every day I have to sign in again because upon initial launch the app is blank. When you sign out, the wallet is supposed to reset and yet even after doing a clean install, it’s still there which is uncomfortable. Finally, why do we need two accounts to use this platform, especially since the emails have to match? You need one for the website and another for the app and explorer.
PLEASE HIRE GOOD UI/UX APP DESIGNER
I feel the app need more serious app development. The FaceID doesn’t work, the app opens without asking for permission. Everyday at 14:00 CET the app forgets my login information and I have to introduce them.
Each “fix” screws it up even more. Now when I click on the sensor menu, I’m prompted to sign in again—fine. But once I click “sign in” I’m never actually given the chance to sign in. And I’m so tired of re-adding my wallets in the app. This is getting ridiculous how little time this app actually works correctly out of the 2 months I have used it.
When I make an attempt sign up for a account with a valid email and password, I get “Some network error with status code 500”
