Won’t stay logged in
This app is great but you have to log in every time you use it. They should at least enable thumbprint login.
Can’t Log In
This app will not let me login. It keeps telling me my agent url, username or password is incorrect; yet the same credentials work on my company desktop. Is there a fix for this?? I’d like to be able to use the application when I’m not at work.
A question to the Developer…
Hello, I really want to rate this app at 5 stars, but the only issue I have is that the application signs me out constantly. If I were given a way to resolve this, I would rate this app with 5 stars. Is there a way to fix this problem? Is it on my end or yours? Respectfully, Nick
Login issue
Fix login issue… I don’t wanna have to enter my login information every single time. Why can’t I use Face ID? Please fix this issue. This app has so much potential.
Terrible App
This app reminds me of 2008 era apps when every company was trying to put anything they could on the store. It’s a junk interface for their website. It logs out after a couple hours, it resets itself and you lose work, and most of all it won’t interface well with other calendars or update itself so you have no choice but to refresh it constantly. Use the website not this app.

Since the app no longer keeps you logged in, Face ID would be useful/easier

Software overall is good. But is missing the most important feature. Face ID.
Authentication issues with the new version
The new version released 6 days ago has login issues. Do not install/update otherwise you won’t be able to log back in. We have more than 20 personnel unable to log into the system.
