Instructions not clear to understand. We’re still operating manually.

Installed Appin a few seconds. I was in another room and turned the lights on using the App. Walked into the next room, and they were on. I played with brightness, it seems to work as advertised. I agree the App is rustic. Wish the lights were just a bit brighter.

Open the app first thing it wants us my password. I’m just opening the app. There is no password yet. They don’t give you a default one. Another disappointing app. Why do I bother. Of course the LED light I bought that uses this app has no paperwork with it whatsoever. I only hit one star so this thing would post.

This app looks like it was made by a 10 year old….actually a 10 year old would probably do a better job. UI elements are all over the place and don’t work well. The iPhone 14/15 Dynamic Island covers the title bar and you cant tap the settings gear because it’s behind the battery icon. When you try to setup the timer it says “select a device first” whenever you tap the button to select the device. So that’s useless. The L1/L2/L3 toggles make no sense and L3 doesn’t even do anything. This app is so bad, I ended up having to download it on an Android tablet since it wouldn’t work properly on iOS. Even on Android it’s bad but a little more usable.

Poor product had them for 9 months and they can’t follow the schedule. They turn on if they feel like it and I find them turned off most days after mid day. Trouble shooting info does not exist.

Is that the time the lights go on, or how long it’s on for? How do i set what time the lights go on and off? And then for how long? Maybe this is not operable?

I purchased the lamp for my orchids. It works beautifully. However I can’t figure out how ultimate set the timer to turn it off. Instructions sent were inadequate

I understand that some people are irritated with the lack of instructions, but for the most part it’s fairly straight forward. The numbers on the timer are in 24 hour format (military time) and spin, so you swipe up and down. I have tested everything the app offers and, so far, everything is working.

Dude I’m so happy I found a review stating to swipe rather to tap to adjust the timer, I was Highkey about to just unplug and let my plants suffer 😂 other than the fact that there is no instructions on how to use the app (like the swipe function), it works great!

Once I figured out to swipe up and down to adjust the numbers on the timer, the app works great!
