I was given the product as a gift from my son. So disappointed that the sensor takes so long to update. I know the plants soil is saturated and it keeps saying ‘plant is thirsty’. I purchased an additional sensor for another plant and I’m still waiting to get info on the condition of this plant. I have had this Umbrella tree for many years and it looks fine to me. I just wish the feedback was a little faster and more accurate.
I thought I was a pretty good houseplant owner but it’s incredible how much this app and the Willow sensors have helped. It literally tells me what the plant needs! I started tracking new growth and blooms and my plants are noticeably perkier and healthier since getting proper and accurate care.
I love love love this whole concept & app as soon as I saw it on tik tok I brought it immediately. I’m a somewhat intermediate plant parent and feel pretty confident in my plant caring skills although I have been guilty of killing a plant every now and again. Setting up the sensors and hub was straight forward and easy although the instructions were not that easy to find- just don’t forget to take the cap off the sensors before placing in the soil like I did. The scanner that identifies the plants worked very well for me I have found the sensors very useful and now realise I was under watering most of my plants and very quickly found out which plants like to be misted and which ones don’t! I am completely obsessed! I have already ordered another sensor to add to my plant collection.

Have downloaded Plants by Willow and what a great app. Easy to set up my account, and upload my plant details. There is heaps of information and plant knowledge at the back end, which should help my plants to thrive. Can’t wait to get my sensors.
