Worst app I have ever had to deal with. Can’t get in with face recognition or user name and password

Moble deposits

Since y’all updated this app I can no longer deposit my cheques. Please fix as it is costing money. Unable to capture images and it seems that the app don’t allow for the camera to be used or something App work with android but there is something wrong with the ISO still cannot deposit cheques

Please fix this app!

Planter’s Bank has always provided first rate service...except for this app. After providing username and password, it will not go beyond the initial page which just lists the services provided. This happens just about every time. Someone should be able to fix this. Most aggravating!

This used to be a great app. Now, I never know if it will load. Please fix this issue.

Great when it works

Please fix the app! It needs bug fixes or needs to be updated.. it keeps crashing g and I have to delete and redownload. It works for a few days then crashes again..
