Forget trying to sell your plants here
I put in a lot of work trying to set up my shop. I did the demo and the required things to get set up. Y’all it’s been over 6 months with no progress whatsoever. I’ve emailed them multiple times and the only response I received from them was that I needed to take the demo WHICH I ALREADY TOOK. They didn’t respond to any of the other emails, even after I gave them a deadline promising I’d write a bad review if I didn’t hear anything by then. Nothing - they don’t care.
Garbage customer service.
Easy to use
I’ve been a vendor with Plantly for over a year. Unlike other platforms where their percentage cut is high, Plantly’s cut is fair keeping prices affordable for sellers and buyers. I have no complains. The support team is great, very accessible and take care of any issues almost immediately. They have great vendor, and customer communication.

I sell on over 13 online marketplaces and Plantly is one of the best! Their customer service IS the best! A couple of times over the past year and a half they have reached out to me to make sure everything was ok and/or asked how they could improve their services. I never have a problem with their listing app. It’s quick and easy!
