For example, as a child I despised olives and always avoided them, but now they are some of my favorite food. Be encouraged to modify the recipes in this app to suit your tastes best. If there is something you don’t like, substitute it for something else. Be creative! But also, don’t be afraid to try something new, even if it doesn’t sound particularly appealing.
