Purchased lifetime membership. Have never been able to access. Repeated attempts over weeks to resolve thru website asking for help never answered.

Absolutely Useless

This used to be a decent app. They’ve completely destroyed it with “Artificial Intelligence”. I has not been right ONCE since the update and I’ve tried to be patient but this has been a problem for months. Photography is a hobby of mine, it’s not the photos. This app even fails to identify common species like herbs.

Got stuck at the first loading page

I just downloaded and installed on my iPhone 15 pro(iOS 8.1.1), after I click the app icon, it got stuck at the first loading page, and kept me waiting almost forever. The only thing I can do is to kill the app task. Please do test your product before you submit it to your users!

Sad app

It took me three attempts to get the correct name for this plant. I have the name tag but was checking the accuracy of the app. A waste of money.

First impressions

First impressions of app is I like the setup of it and how easy it is to use. I use the community tab the most and have even picked up a few tips on some plants I have. When adding a plant in your journal it is so easy and I love how your camera can detect the plant.

Fun app 🌴

In the advantages I would say it is a beautiful app with well-presented plant information, well-organized plant database. However, not 100 percent accurate; likely match percentages can be confusing. Also, pretty limited access to photos and identification in the free version without having to switch to a subscription Overall nice interface, easy to use, informative, good for educational purposes as well

It’s a cool app!

I think this is a great app to engage with your plant you have or even to find out what kind of plant it is. I’m not too knowledgeable about the plant in general but I feel like this app gives me more infos of the plant I’m more curious about it now.
