I can’t trust this system anymore , my floor plans have consistently failing to upload and being lost in the system causing me huge problems for my clients , I need a system I can trust that uploads !

I did enjoy using this but it is very limited, especially when working with rooms that are not perfect rectangles. I regularly had to scrap a floor and start over in a different method due to quirks that didnt allow me to complete rooms for no apparent reason. Trying to use the floorplans created, again with irregularly shaped rooms, is also impossible as it doesnt include complete measurements on the plans when exporting, only a “x by y” statement under the room name and again only on perfectly rectangular rooms.

This app has the potential to be really useful, but has so many glitches that make it almost unusable. I can’t understand why the glitches are never fixed.

I have been working with PlanUp for many years and have always found their software great to use. If ever I need technical questions answered they are always at the end of the phone to help.

Not easy to use.

Having enjoyed a working relationship for the past 7 years, I would like to throughly recommend and thank, plan up for providing an excellent software package for 2/3D floor-plans. Easily the best floor plan software on the market! Support staff are incredible with all the questions I have needed. Regularly updated and brilliant versions of the iPad and iPhone.

Planup (formerly The Mobile Agent) is the industry standard for floor plans for estate agents and energy assessors. From an estate agents perspective, the software is capable of producing plans quickly and with relatively little knowledge. Having a grasp of how houses go together is an advantage, but it’s certainly not something your regular Joe Public couldn’t pick up with half an hours training. For energy assessors, the ability to link it with Elmhurst Energy’s RDSAP GO software makes for rapid onsite surveying and reduces audit times significantly. There’s a couple of minor gremlins in there, but I produce half a dozen plans every day and I wouldn’t even consider using anything else.

I use plan up for floor plans and I find it very easy to use with great results. The introduction of the I pad and then I phone software have made it very versatile and suits my needs perfectly. I would strongly recommend PlanUp.
