Joined the member but having a problem using the apps to book the class. The mindbody partner with diff services providers, if you have an accounts b4 you will not able login to the apps. Despite this problem has been bring up by many member but the problem never resolved.

Very easy to operate

Really really really really really x1000 lousy. App been crashing for more than 3 weeks now. Platinum yoga been telling me they will fix the issue but its still not been fixed yet. I am unable to book any class so i guess i’ll just go on the spot because i dont care if the class is full or not because idk and i cant book. If you dont care , i dont care as well :)

App doesn’t work anymore and it’s more than a week now. This is quite poor app support

Right! What’s going on? Apps not functioning at all.

It’s been almost a week and the team has yet to fix the app issues. So disappointing! 13-Aug: what exactly is going on? Platinum Yoga doesn’t bother?

The App is not working at all for more than one week. No announcement in the company website, no follow up to the members and no updates on the issues. Very poor customer service!

Your app keeps crashing . So inconvenient for members like us to log in and check schedules
