Initially, one relationship manager (RM) will make critical mistakes with your investments, leading to significant losses. They even have a physical office to visit, which is just a ploy to gain your trust. All their employees are incentivized with commissions, creating a high-pressure environment where they push you to invest more, only for you to lose it all. Do not fall into their trap! Dont trade with Platinum. You will not get it back even if you have in your trading account. They will not allow you to withdraw. I lost 1000 $
