Please fix this glitch it’s really putting me off

Ocho cards
The ocho cards are so rigged and bias. It’s making me lose unnecessary games and it’s really annoying!!!!
Get up but am still stuck at the same level even when I have a lot of wins

Problem
The app runs slow these days and whenever I am playing a competitive game, My connection gets lost knowing very well I got strong internet. Work on your connectivity. This made me lose some coins in a game. Something should be done about this problem ASAP!!!
