Amazing; Just a little suggestion
My family loves plato, it’s gives us a sort of bonding time especially the bankroll game. We just wish it had a lot more options on the random card (?)cos we’ve basically memorized it all, and more land spaces to make the game even more difficult and fun! Overall, it’s an amazing app!
Bad customer service
I used to love plato but not anymore. The games are good. But their customer service is bad. Username availability is scarce you can only use letters numbers and underscores. We pay so much on this app and yet when we ask them to give us a username of an account that has been inactive for more than 9 months they don’t agree. They choose mods randomly. Those mods did not earn their places. People should earn their titles. I helped a certain worker in plato with translation before they even started labeling users as mods or translators. Then I suddenly find people getting those labels and i who helped in translation several times was not awarded a single thing. Normally when someone doesn’t play ranks for 7 days his rank disappears, but i played last in 25th of june and 30th was the deadline for season 2 ranked games. They went and gave me only bronze prizes eventhough I’ve reached gold in soccer. Highly unfair and disappointing. 👎🏻
