With latest update the app never gets past the loading spinner…

Have never had a problem with the app and the device. Works well and have enjoyed my experience thus far. Recommended 5 stars.

Pretty simple. It worked for a couple months, until it didn’t. The unit won’t Bluetooth sync, so it appears to now be useless.

It looses signal to phone waaay to easy Sitting right next to router- holding phone Perfectly still.

I received my unit in the first shipment so I’ve been using PlatoWork for many months. I’ve never had any connectivity issues that some other early user mentioned here in the comments. Testing has proven that PlatoWork has improved my cognition, and it also helps my meditation practice as indicated by higher than normal Muse scores when I do a session prior to meditation. I highly recommend it.

The developers fixed the poor connectivity issue by firmware updates. Great job! It never lasted a full 30-minute session, while the Bluetooth connectivity was intact. I am an iPhone Xs user with the latest iOS version.

I purchased this back in April and excitedly waited 7 months to receive it. But ever since I've received it its been a complete failure! I've updated the app several times and still have the same issue where it loses bluetooth connectivity on my iPhone7+. I also have an Android and downloaded the app there too but it would never connect. Never. The times I did get it to connect to my iPhone it would only work for around 5 minutes and then automatically disconnect. I've tried to use this over 30+ times with no luck. It's so frustrating. I really thought it could help me improve and get into a better state of productivity but so far it's only helped me get into a state of anger and frustration.

Simple app without much explanation or features. Bluetooth connectivity would not last more than 5 minutes. Never completed a session.
