Your iTunes account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Very happy with the workouts
Good workouts and feedback from coach and community
Could be better
On the plus side; large variety of exercices and training programs that should fit everyone’s need (losing weight, gaining muscle…). The videos give very good example of how to perform the exercice, great! For the cons; it’s too bad the app focuses more on writing how great it is than on the actual workout. A basic function for a training program is to save the weight used for every exercice. I couldn’t find this but constantly got all the great comments and recommendation to rate 5 stars at the end of every session… The videos could also be more precessional by simply removing the ambiant noise of the gym were it was filmed. A good and very promising app but unfortunately not at the level of other fitness apps that put the training as first focus instead of who uses it.
Great to get back in shape !
Absolutely love the variety of exercices and levels ! Highly recommend it !
