How much does Playdate Calendar cost?
Playdate Calendar has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 1.49 $.
This app has potential if they keep improving it but at the moment I feel like I was robbed of my money. The free version allows you to track one game to your wishlist. Want more? Have to pay. Ok no problem. I paid for full version and as soon as I went to add a second game to my wishlist the app crashed. It seems the app crashes whenever you attempt to track a game that doesn’t have a release date. Wouldn’t have paid for the app had I known that. I have faith it will be corrected and I’ll adjust review after that.
Works but
This app needs to make it possible to set a reminder for games with no release date and auto update when a release date is added.
Great idea, but no iOS Calendar import feature?
Great idea! I only wish that I could import all of the dates as events in my iOS calendar...
So far the best
I buy a lit of video games but some low key titles I sometimes miss. This app helps.
I guess it could be a pretty interface but it gets the job done, and if updated a lot more would be great but hey it's a free app :)
Great idea, poorly executed
After changing settings, why am I hitting back and OK or accept or save or something? Why no confirmation after I've set a reminder? Why do reminder not work (no reminder is created)? Why not make these calendar events? ... Hope these bugs and quirks get worked out
Why do you refuse to show certain games?
Call of Duty Black Ops III is nowhere to be found on your app's release calendar. Are you oblivious to one of the most popular game franchises of all time? How am I to trust the rest of the dates if you somehow skimmed over such an obvious release date as a yearly COD title? Also FIFA and who knows what else. If you're going to commit to making a release date app, at least attempt to do a better job than a kindergartener.
Works but needs work
Very clean, very easy to navigate. Appeared to be missing some games though which is the most important function of the app. For example, I know that FIFA 16 is being released in September 2016 but it was no where to be found. Overall great idea and I hope it gets updated often.
Really cool concept, but..
I used to be able to set reminders, but it would only set to 12AM. Now I can't set reminders at all. iOS 8.3, iPhone 6 Plus.
Useful App
The only addition I want is to sort the games coming out, and take out ones I do not care about.
Good start
Useful, quick app.
Small critiques which probably won't make or break the app but make more aesthetically pleasing.
Get a logo. Doesn't have to be crazy but something decent when it launches besides the text.
Get some thing you can underlay under the game names to more quickly identify the systems. Like banner of game console or logo faded out in background of maybe match something of system color to names.
Otherwise, very useful and handy.
