What the press said:
“MASTERPIECE! Inside is a 2D puzzle platformer that builds upon what made Limbo great, and in fact builds something greater.”
IGN — 10/10
“Inside expands on the concepts and scope of its predecessor in wildly creative ways, and it's so immaculately designed and constructed from top to bottom that it almost feels suitable for display in an art museum. This is one hell of a follow-up.”
Giant Bomb — 5/5
“Gorgeous art and animations, devious puzzle design and a pitch-black sense of humor. A perfectly paced series of escalating "holy shit" moments.”

It’s dark & beautiful but not very intuitive, and the interface and experience is so so. There’s no music or audio, complete silence which isn’t very engaging, no instructions no text and no explanations on what to do or how to play. Took a while to figure out the movements which were simple but the menu / instructions only pops up after swiping down from your notifications bar. The game doesn’t save when you close the app either so I had to restart which I didn’t like so I stopped playing it.
Well deserving of 5 stars
The best game that I had played in 2023! I find it easier with a controller than tapping on the iPad itself.
why is he running
trial mode but its very very scary and interesting ❤️❤️
Captivating and mysterious
Downloaded it to play on my Apple TV and a couple days after completing the free trial, my mind kept coming back to this game and ended up buying it.
No backstory or instructions were provided but I think that’s what kept the games so mysterious and intriguing. The graphics were amazing and the storyline is just out-of-this-world good!
The game is a tad intense but definitely fun when enjoyed for a couple of hours a day.
Would highly recommend!
