Customer Service Unresponsive and No help
I have been waiting for over 10 business days for order status email. Never received confirmation email but the money has came out of my bank. I ordered a left sensor cause for some reason his sensor quit charging after 3 uses. I have reached out several times online and all I get back is they are looking into it. Maybe leaving a negative review and 1 star I will finally get some answers!
Needs help
So many lost training events and data. Good luck accidentally clicking the wrong event type- No going back. Also, no way this many kids are running 20+mph. Wear the device. Sometimes it syncs. Sometimes it just pretends you didn’t train or play.
Does it work offline?
So I just got done with my second training session and I’m wondering if these work offline, my training fields are a ways out and I don’t have cell service. The past few sessions it says it’s recording but I never see any session details after. Other than that I’ve been using them at home and they are easy to use and just simple.
Appears to be a solid product
Purchased for my daughter. Would like it better if I didn’t have to sign out of the app when my wife signed into hers

I use it and it’s SUPER good I recommend for age 9+
Good Product - Need more features
Nice product but could be improved. Doesn't tell how many calories you burned. Only tells your miles per session and doesn’t have a way to check for a certain period of the game.
Great App but Login Needs Work
I bought the Uno for my daughter and set it up to use her email address to login. I also have the app on my phone as I like to review her data. Every time hi go to login it tells me that the login has expired and I need to be sent a verification code. In order to do that, I have to get the code sent to me from my daughters email so I can log into the system. I don’t know why they just didn’t institute a regular password and keep the login active on my phone as long as I have security activated on my phone. I can access my financial information without logging in every time but not my daughters soccer data. That seems a little silly to me.
