PLAYFUL REWARDS: Earn Rewards

My app keeps crashing and doesnt work. I have put hours into games and it still wont register that I have.

I’ve waited over 24 hours and emailed them and didn’t receive my money for the games I’ve been playing

Okay , The games are good I’m falling in love with Farm Island it’s very fun !! I gave it 3 stars because I haven’t cashed out any rewards , but I’ll come back and give it 5 once I claim any rewards !! Keep going these games are addictive

Ive played the games for about a week now and have cashed some coins in but i have been trying to reach out for these past couple of days and unfortunately no response.. i have been missing multiple points from 3 different games and numerous milestones have been completed but not updated and over all i would just like to receive my points earned.

I cash out 3 times and haven’t been paid any of them

The payouts are legitimate but I completed a milestone and sent in receipts of said milestone completion and still havent received a response its been a full week and i still havent received compensation for the milestones i completed or for the promotion of $200 for completing it i would really like my points sooner rather than later please Update: been a week and still no response to my emails i want my points please respond and resolve this

I cashed out about 180$ then I literally spent 18 days on fishdom morning to night and got to level 3000 they stopped tracking it after I installed the app I have 10 days left and the game is going to expire I wish they had better tracking options for this app it needs alot of help. Other then the tracking problem it’s a great app

I downloaded this app only to find out that there is not a single option to even view any game play options. Only Tap surveys that your never their target so you get a small portion of the coins offered for that particular survey but will never meet requirements for bonus coins if completed # of surveys because once again your not in their target.

This app doesn't track your point accurately, the only way for the app to track your points properly is to play through the app but playful only allows you to play at certain times when you make it to a certain level. Also, there's a ton of ads!

It doesn’t let me pick my two games on the app, I click add game & the bottom half of the screen just goes blank.
