I Watch a serie on the app, and i just bought a monthly for 249 danish And you have Got the money, and suddenly i dosent work! I want my money back!!!

Hello Fellow Friend:) If you want to buy the monthly membership DON’T! They’re scammers. Spent $28.49 on it and got like 350 bonus points? But it told me I’d get 10000 each day? And it says “MONTHLY” but you pay every four days? Wth? Total scam. Do. Not. Fall. For. IT! They have funny videos, yes, but it is NOT worth ANYTHING when it doesn’t work!! AND NO REFUND APPARENTLY!! What a scam
This app is such a scam, don’t waste any money or time on this app. 45 dollars for 30-45 minutes of poor video hahaha. I will definitely be sending a refund claim to Appel for this
Need weekly vip option
The app is full of great shorts but lacking a weekly vip option! Will you all be adding a weekly option that you can watch unlimited sports?? Would be nice
Ads
Started one story and was given 3 ads to watch to watch 3 more episodes. It switched between 3 and 5 ads per day until yesterday were I could no longer watch ads and each episode cost over 100 bonus points that I have to go through all the daily watch ads to see 1, 1min episode for the day. I’m trying to give this sometime to fix but I thinking I’m going to delete this app.
Too many Ads
So many ads but I’m not about to spend the kind of money they want for these dramas
Black screen & paying 2x for episodes
I used to love the app, however, it is charging me coins more than one time per episode because there’s some glitch going on and they haven’t fixed it. They haven’t responded to me and I told them about the queen issue and I even did a screen record so they could see that I’m paying for this stuff twice. Then to top it off the screen turns black and so you can the episodes that they’re taken the extra coins for. They use a lot of coins per episode for you to unlock it and so now I am paying twice and not being able to see what I paid for. Do something about this or else I’m just gonna delete the app because why keep working for coins when they’re just gonna keep taking them twice. And why keep an app where they don’t care that you’re being screwed over?
