TERRIBLE APP, where is the excellent customer experience in 2024?
I just lost 1 hour of my life to book a tennis field. First, you need to go to the camp website, then they force you to create an account on Playtomic, then you are forced to download the app, the literally trick you to start a free trial of the premium version (it takes a while to understand you can proceed without it), and then everything related to cancellation policies is totally non understandable. Under the same booking, one line says the cancellation applies only for 60 minutes after the booking, the other line it applies till 24 hours before the slot you booked. All this, for 5% of Playtomic fees on the booking price. Are we serious?????

Pickleball is the game of choice for so many. Disappointed to see only tennis and paddle. Didn’t know people played paddle and tennis is easy to find.

Overall, the app efficiently facilitates pádel court reservations, but a valuable addition would be a feature displaying a list of upcoming games for better planning and engagement.
Master of string you along
Had a terrible experience as me and some friends booked for a court on 12/05/2023 at 7:30 PM on Real Paddle Miami when we came to learn it was double booked and we couldn’t play at our desired time.
That said, the guy at the front desk said he had spoken with Playtomic and that if we were willing to stay until 10 PM we will be getting a 50% discount at our next game.
A few days pass by an nothing with the credit so we decided to speak to Playtomic support and guess what… They said the ones that handle that type of requests are the courts themselves and that is not their problem if their app double books someone
Rest assured if you like to be treated like a fool and manipulated to waste your time and money on a company that doesn’t care about their clients please be sure to download Playtomic :)
Lots of missing functionalities.
Playtomic purchased AirCourts and things are not as intuitive as the latter. Your favorite clubs are almost always not shown. If they base it on your location, then that fails too since none of clubs nearest me are shown in the app. Definitely inferior to AirCourts and other apps I’ve used.

This terrible app logs me out of my accout out of nowhere every once in while , and ask for verification through SMS only with no other option to log in . And of course, I don’t receive any SMS from you although i checked my number correct like 100 times !!!
