Please Assist Me

I love PAM. They truly make life so much easier. The app is so simple and easy to use.

They time they should pick up a package for me and even “completed” the order. Turns out they never picked it up and I had to pay a stale package fee

Not worth the price either with much cheaper alternatives. Especially given the poor service in general. Also take photographs of your home.

I put in a request and entered my credit card info but then they told me they had no record of my request. I was charged for stale package fees from my building because of it.

I work so much. They have made my life away from home so much easier. Thank you

The team never completes a tasks when needed. There is always an excuse for why they couldn’t meet the deadline. What’s the point of signing up and scheduling if your team can not deliver. Waste of time.

Everything I need to to manage my home! From housecleaning, dry cleaning, groceries, and random special requests, my Please Assist Me assistant handles it all. It is so nice to have this service in my building.
