Love the new update and the overall change of the app. When it first launched you could tell they were going to change it eventually and wow! Love the aesthetic it matches the resort theme perfectly

Please update your app, you need a picture for an e ticket for some reason, the queue times update hourly so are almost always unreliable and for some reason there is no map inside the app unlike all the other uk theme park apps.

A must download if you’re visiting Pleasure Beach Resort! The app is fast, efficient and aesthetically pleasing with the new ICON background and photos next to the ride queue times looking great. As a season pass holder, it is so simple to book tickets for the date of visit too and accessing photos on the app is also really easy. The What’s On feature is brilliant at keeping up to date with On-Park entertainment. In terms of improvements, I’d like to a live interactive map similar to Liseberg, Europa Park and other theme park apps. Additionally, seem as though you scan your e-ticket at the ride turnstiles, it noted what rides you’ve done that day. Whilst not necessarily important for myself as a season pass holder but for guests wondering what rides they’ve done it’d be quite a nice feature. Potentially they could add links to PBRs social channels too and the ability to book shows/events that day on the app. Overall, very efficient and easy to use!

They’ve updated the app. It’s logged me out and no longer lets you reset the password. So the app is now totally useless. So no way to get into the park or rides. Absolute joke of an update. Updated the app again and logged me out again. New passwords required again.

Not very clear instructions, we activated all the tickets on one device then we had to use that phone to get on all the rides. Very silly app, they need to go back to wristbands. Fuming

Had to ask an employee where a ride is instead of looking at the map in-app.. as there isn't one. Most embarrassing event in my whole life, thanks!

How long am I expected to sit here continuously selecting the photo over and over for it not to work? What does it matter who the tickets are for? I could have bought them for anyone and maybe I want to bring someone else last minute! If you’re going to make people provide this info for their tickets at least make sure it works!

This app does not work properly, it demands that i upload a photo for each e-ticket then doesn’t let me upload any photos. The log in screen also has issues

Like others it needs a map. It needs to sync between device I set up on iPad and can’t transfer to phone. I found instructions hard to understand. I can see benefits from your point but as an older person taking grandchildren I found it difficult

I’ve have been trying for the past 3 days on my device as well as other peoples devices We are unable to upload a picture in order to claim our E-tickets. I have tried to delete the app and re-download however even after deleting the app when I re-open it I am still logged in even though it says it “deletes data” when you delete the app Needs a massive update and issues resolving in order to use this app!
