I can not download previous issues of the plein air magazine that I've purchased to my iPad. I have the most current operating system and version of their app. Any future purchases I make of the Plein air magazine will be thru the Zinio app which seems to work fine.
Bought a single magazine, and was really enjoying it. I was even pondering on whether to subscribe for the year, then the app crashed, I can't even read the issue that I bought.
Still nothing- don't touch it people, wish I would have listened to reviews. Now I have to get iTunes to get my money back. I won't purchase the paper issues either for such a poor app. A reflection on the company. Okay, I just purchased April/May and the download option is there, and it just won't download it. This app really has problems. Crashes everywhere and tried to email support and crashes there to, on my updated iPad Air. Now I won't subscribe for sure, I can't even download an issue! I'm going to warn others, I have to. Want my $6 back. Update:You charged me $5.99 and it won't let me download it, and it's been days! I could make an app to steal money. Very disappointed because it reflects the magazine. Give me the download or refund my money.
Feb/March 2016 issue still not available? yet it's a few weeks from April. Reached out to email App support but haven't heard a word. I will not renew. All other magazine subscriptions, released early/on time, download with no issues.
Plein Air is beautiful, both technically (the app works wonderfully well) and artistically. The content is great, well integrated with Internet content. Well done!
Don't subscribe through this app! The current issue has been out for weeks and it is still not available to me for download. An email reply from the app supplier, but no results! A great publication but a sick app.
