根本没法用
显示连接成功了 但是就是登录不上去 在线反馈也没人回应

怎么申请退款 去年还好好的 今年买过后完全无法使用 付费了一年 完全连不上 一直显示连接成功 但就是用不了 app反馈客服也和机器人一样 只回答那几个问题 今年10月买了就没连上过
