There are 2 types of subscriptions:
1. Monthly Subscription
2. Yearly Subscription
If you buy a monthly or yearly subscription, you can add Paid Ranges and Gun Shops. Without Subscription, you can add Free Ranges only.
If they don't have subscription or cancelled subscription then map pins will not be shown over the map.
