In app purchase? Without paying nothing works!

Love the app but it takes too much battery life. With 5 ministers of using this app, my phone battery dropped from 50% to 9%.

I hate everything about the App Store. Everything in it is a bait-and-switch. PLNAR is one of the egregious ones that lets you use it right up until it’s time to see your results; only then does it spring the signup on you. I would love to download something that just does the thing it says it’s going to do.

App seems like it could be useful, but it wouldn’t let me create an account to see first scan stating I’d entered the wrong Username or Password when I hit submit on sign up.

Set up an account, set username and password. Can’t log in. Tap reset my password, change my password. Confirmed password changed. Still can’t log in. Log in via the website, password is fine. Try again on the app, can’t log in. Worthless app if you can’t get your authentication working properly.

The whole app is designed for professionals. Requires creating a cloud account with the company . No way to export in the app. Will only make AR plan one room at a time . If you intend to have a whole home floor plan, this will not do it. Beyond all that. It is very good at exactly the work it’s designed for. Can make accurate measure of single rooms. Includes feature for adding door and windows to a room . Can take pictures with each “room plan” and even gives you option to edit the measurements after the fact. I wish there was a way to “stitch” the rooms together to make a whole home plan. I wish the developer would make a consumer version with export to pdf or svg .

the app won’t let you use it unless you make an account, and when i try to make an account (sign up) it tells me unable to log in because of incorrect password and username. no i am not in the “sign in” page, i am in the “sign up” page. waste of time. a million apps do this task, avoid this one. UI was done improperly. App developers need to hire someone else next time.

No matter what email I try for the first time, it says the account exists????

No matter how I tried, by the time I went around the room, the initial ‘dot’ was no longer in the corner where I had placed it, but some 10-20cm to one side.

I’m just trying to re do my living room not be an interior designer and if you are one then this shouldn’t be for you either. Use a computer software that won’t crash on you. And one that is a flat fee of like $50-$100. I’m sure there are some out there.
