The subscription fee is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

App crashes
I used the app in the past on both iPhone and iPad Pro and loved it. Now, although I can still use it on the iPad, it always crashes on the iPhone. The latest update did not improve anything. It is quite frustrating not to be able to use something you have paid for.
What happened
Used this app for years and always been good. Updated recently and nothing now works. Has this app been abandoned???!!

This app used to be good. I paid £4.99 before it was subscription and I want that version back. I feel I’ve paid £4.99 for nothing. The layout is really confusing now. Tried using the app today and I can’t do anything. £4.99 wasted. RIP off app

I have downloaded the app via a ‘free trial’ and they took 89.99 out of my account immediately. There are no contact details anywhere across social media or within the app. Further to this - the app doesn’t work! You load up the video editor and it just crashes. Absolute robbery. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP

Bought the app and now app stop working United l unless I pay a monthly subscription. Early adopter got screwed.
Missing all fx features
Not sure why I am missing all the fx features - tried to reinstall but it still doesn’t work. Quite frustrating.
