Arrogant customer service executive.!
I used this app for almost 2 years and I was happy. Recently, when I raised a concern regarding the quality of bananas (which was actually blackish and squeezed, I have shared the image of it also to the team), the customer executive says, this time I will refund, but going forward we will not refund.! (See the arrogant nature). This is the bitter truth of this team. If you raise a quality complaint with proofs, they answer you in this way.!! However, I am not going to use it further.
