I’ve been waiting on my plug box for a while since I had purchased my last order hopefully they can be added this time and very soon that way I can order the other two sets of plugs I’ve been trying to do

Ordered off here a few times always get my full order never anything forgotten and always receive them fast!

App could use some sorting feature for shopping by size. App can be confusing but service is top notch

I absolutely adore that this app exists! I really enjoy being able to browse items from here, rather than on the website. It’s accessible, which makes things easier for me personally, and is very helpful. The only thing/s that I’m noticing right now (Sept ‘23) is that the app hasn’t had any updates for 8 months, and I’ve been having consistent problems with adding any items to my wishlist. It’ll sit there and load, and then I’ll get an error message 😔 Please give us a rad update and fix this wishlist issue?! I’d be SO happy to update this review, and change my rating to 5 stars 🙌🏼

I only purchase my jewelry from this website and love the quality! The only problem with the app is that the wishlist doesn’t allow me to add to it, nor does it transfer the things I’ve saved on the website to the app.

Issues I've encountered on the app that make it unusable to me: •Doesn't let you add things to wishlists •Doesn't save orders/shopping cart If y'all can fix these bugs, I would love to use the app as much as it in place of the website! Convenience sells.

I like the app part of it as it’s easier to have an account and pay with Apple Pay instead of having to plug my credit card info in each time. I wish it was just a bit more organized in a sense of being able to just look for simple basic plugs. Also the add to wishlist or favorite never works for me.

I love shopping here for plugs & was so excited to use the app. unfortunately the app doesn’t open. you click it, and it pulls up for a split second and then backs out. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled hoping it would work, still nothing. hoping this gets fixed :(
