Super convenient and easy to use app
I have used different health insurances and third party providers but Plum stood out to be the best among them. Smooth support and they explained each and every step of the claim smoothly and how we can quickly pay the amount. Neat and clean
They will tell you we will arrange call back within 20 minutes and you will not get call from customer care team even in next 24 hrs . Worst services stay away from this company.
Worst app whenever we submit our documents they again ask to resubmit and even after doing that they will ask us to submit it once again

If I define their support in one word it would be empathy. They genuinely take care of claimee and stand by us in complete process. Their approach is clearly claimee first rather than the insurance company.
To be honest I never recommend such a worst health insurance partners, at the end you have to pay whatever the bill is. 1) No person to help you out on your querries, you have to wait until they woke up and respond you on emails. 2) No quick response. 3) Huge amount of service charges. 4) Delay in processing 5) Delay in getting your reimbursement. ( everyday reimbursement date will be keep changing). 6) High deduction in the name of service fee.
Had a severe muscle spasm. Had a physio consult and got a solution in 30 min. Highly recommend
