App renamed - hard to find

Apparently this app was renamed and now cannot be found via search on the iPhone by the words Taxi. Not that it was a great app to begin with as there are rarely taxis available anyway. Welcome to Macau!

更新后完全看不到预定订单详情看不到预约用车时间想取消都不知道取消哪个

希望可以修复定位不准问题呀。

最后还是靠这个app叫到了车所以加一颗星吧。定位是真的不行，司机绕了好几圈最后打了电话才找到我们。哎😑…

Horrible Taxi Service

It is nearly impossible to get a taxi with this app. Keep requesting over and over and can never secure a taxi even if it shows taxi available. Can call the service but the auto answer says download the app. If you get through to a rep on the phone, they say no taxi and to call back in 5 minutes. This company has no queuing system at all and has insufficient vehicles to meet the demands. Macau needs to allow Uber or DiDi into the market to meet demand or it will struggle to remain competitive as an international destination for visitors.

Change the color of the words in preorder!!!

It is almost impossible to choose the time in preorder because the background and the words are both white in color!

Needs improvement

The app need English option, even the map I can’t use because is in Chinese, the drivers refuse to pick you up sometimes, and they dont like to accept other means of payment like they are supposed to (BOC pay) they always have excuses like the machine is not working.

Normally bad, now horrible

This app was never really good to begin with (taxis always call, many taxis don’t accept payments they say they are supposed to, app often crashes, etc.), but with the latest update it’s dreadful. Current location doesn’t work at all and just continuously glitches while being used. You can not select where you want to go on a map and when you try to search for the locations, nothing shows up! There used to be a few English options in the search menu, but now it seems nothing is working, even Chinese. Unfortunately, this is Macau and there are not many alternatives.. so I will have to continue to try using this horrible app while hoping that Uber (or equivalent) is somehow allowed to come back to Macau.

WORST

How do you expect anyone but Cantonese/Chinese speaking people to use this app? This company needs to step it up... take notes from other apps Uber, Grab, GOJEK those are true technology companies. I’m an English speaker and I shouldn’t receive a phone call asking where I am when I’ve clearly put my location in the map... I don’t speak the language. Defeats the purpose of the app. Five thumbs down! Do better!
