Signed up for this card as there was no annual fee. Approx. 1 year later they tried to charge me an annual fee of $84. As I keep no balance I closed my account instantly. I used the card frequently, but always paid it off. Crooks!!!!!
After having this card for some time they are changing our terms of agreement and adding an annual fee. Avoid this card.
I love the card, love the app. Except for one thing! Why does it still bring a welcome pop up EVERY time I open the app?! I know what app I opened I do not need to see that every time I open the app. Please take this feature out! Only gripe aside from that is the fact there is no option to make an express payment. I need it to come out of my account immediately. I she a few other cards and this feature is a life saver when I’m doing my balances.
No notifications. This was a back up card. Had no issues sending junk mail and email. But no notifications on inactivity would close the card after 12 months. Called to try and reactivate cause it also caused a score drop. The customer service was lousy. Including the supervisor that just kept saying the same thing.
Plus Finance penalized me for paying off the credit card. They actually decreased my limit. Lol mercury increased my limit by 1k, but Plus finance decreased it. I canceled the card. Now they owe me $50.
Horrible company. They have no idea what they are doing or how anything works. Literally talked to over 10 people got about 10 different answers. They are not consistent and no one seems to know any of the policies. They always need to check with someone and when they say a manager will call you back they never do.
Bbb attempted to call this company to no avail and therefore this company is officially not endorsed by bbb it’s labeled at untrusted AVOid PLUS FINANCE AT ALL TIMES !!!
Probably the worst card out there, customer service is horrendous they cannot hold a conversation or stay on topic nor can they ship a new card within a month 7-10 business days is a complete lie more like 15-25 business days On top of all your payment date is not you payment day you need to pay a week in advance for it to take affect for 7 days Save yourself the time and definitely don’t apply
I’ve been so frustrated with this bank. The app never works when u have to pay your balance. It’s always the message it’s not you it’s me try again later. I don’t understand why they don’t fix this bug.
