无提示恶意扣押金，不给注销账户
好几年前第一次用，有个活动叫欢乐送，没任何醒目详细提示会扣196的押金，刷后才知道是个套路，恶意多收196不退，说要刷够10w才退，且每天骚扰电话不停，最近为了推销给我刷卡机不停电话轰炸，说要我出48块邮费钱激活机子给我退200多的押金，想想都知道是骗人的，最烦的是365天里每天都要电话骚扰你
