I’ve been trying to log in for a while now after attaching my photos. The app is not allowing me to reset my username or password.

Poor

The app is not working it simply goes blank, try to restart phone but still the same. There are no responses on WhatsApp number as well .

A good Idea it is, only if it could work like it’s 2020 not 1918

And how exactly is one suppose to delete a not approved picture to update it🤦 The App is just an embarrassment to App developers in 2020. Please work on this, pay the developer if you have too. Being able to see the pic before sending it, being able to change it if need be and being able to delete it are the very basic things you can at least try and do.
