Do I have to be concerned about how my data is being shared post roe v wade with this app?
So customizable
I have severe PMDD and I love that this app lets me log and control all my symptoms. I was even able to make my own personal symptoms that I’ve noticed! I like how it if I forgot to log a day it will allow me to either log “yesterday” or the current day which is super helpful because I don’t always remember every single day. I like how simple and minimalistic it is. It’s easily something I can keep track of for my physical feelings like “back pain” or “cramps” or “fatigue”. As well as my mental symptoms like “depression” or “anxiety” or “anger.” This app has been so helpful in helping me keep track of all my ups and downs and it helps me figure out what may have triggered certain symptoms. I’m excited to share this information with my OBGYN, PCP, or even my THERAPIST. I’m so thankful I stumbled across this app and I definitely recommend it for anyone struggling with not only PMDD but also Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia, ADHD, and any any physical symptoms that come along with those (plus more.) Give this app a try if you’re tired of the unknown and are ready to get your life figured out so you can live it happily and healthy, without worrying what’s coming next. Because this app allows you to figure all of that out and it absolutely brings me some peace of mind. Try it and thank me later! 😉
Finally a useful app!
I use this app to track symptoms of bio identical hormone replacement. There are menopause apps but nothing to track hormone replacement dates and symptoms. This one is working great for that so far. Thank you for offering the app!

Very user friendly and easy to track your symptoms

I’m so glad this app exists! I have PMDD and endometriosis. I love being able to easily log symptoms and track patterns. It is so helpful to be able to show doctors what has been going on. I’m incredibly grateful for this app. It is a simple but very much needed app for me!

This is the first symptom tracker I was able to keep up with
Most symptom trackers are difficult to keep up with, however this one is simple
Go tracking
I like that you can add symptoms and track over time. I put my reminder at 8pm the time im usually on my phone doing nothing. The only thing I wish is that I didn’t have ondd to track.
