The app doesn’t work at all anymore. The last few weeks I got logged out and no matter what I do I can not be logged back in. When I try to reseat my password as it suggests it says it failed…EVERY SINGLE TIME. So now I no longer can check anything with my HSA!!! Fix your lousy app!!!

It rarely works! It won’t save login information and you can forget about FaceID working consistently too. My password from just over a month ago will not work nor will my FaceID. I have had this problem NUMEROUS times over the few years that I’ve had the app. It’s too hard to log into to see your HSA balance. I greatly prefer Castlight which always works with FaceID.
No complaints here. All the same functionality you would have available on your browser.
