### ****- "One of my favorite mobile games but...."
I have played pocket frogs for years and it's still one of my favorite mobile games. However, it's really a bummer how monetized it's become. The ability to earn exp and other resources has been really nerfed from classic pocket frogs, and it's full of ads. If you just play it a couple minutes at a time, it's fine. But if you want to get anywhere now - you have to spend money.

I’m so happy to see the latest update on the 15th anniversary. I loved the app so much in the early years, and introduced it to friends and their kids who loved it too. Then recently some big things changed: a new AI-looking icon, a sudden excess of intrusive ads. It felt like the app had lost its soul. I accept that the developer deserves to be able to monetize the game a bit more, but the changes made it unpleasant to play the game. With the new update, the worst of the changes have been reversed and a bunch of new features added. The original game felt like a true labour of love, and now at last it feels that way once more. Looking forward to finding the new frogs. Thank you. I have a lot of nostalgia for the early versions of this app.

I love this game, however I would find it more beneficial to have the habitats hold more than 8 frogs as it would be easier to organize the frogs by all 16 colors to 1 habitat.

### ***** "So incredible, so phenomenal, unforgettable, unbelievable! I’m electrified!"
I remember playing this game for the first time. I was five years old and it was a great way for me to learn how to collect frogs and grow my collection. I was thrilled to find out that it’s still available to download after I forgot all about it nine years later. I really like the little fireflies you can catch to receive gifts! I really like the sets you can complete and how they all have a unique theme! I really like the mini games you can play to earn gifts! I really like how that in the FrogMart, you can buy a new and exclusive frog that isn’t regularly gifted to you via gift boxes or fireflies (That is, if you are at the required level and you have enough potions)! And I love how this game doesn’t care about speed. What I mean is that when I am focused on collecting a certain breed of frog by breeding two frogs, both with a similar trait and a different trait and moving on from there in a fast motion, the game doesn’t give me a limited time or limited amount of frogs and what really matters is if my nursery has enough space and if I have enough potions. Aside from that, there is an itty, bitty, teeny, tiny, little bug that no one else noticed but me. You know when you have a frog at the pond and you’re chasing another frog to breed with it and it says the name of your frog and the other frog and asks you if you want to breed with it? There is a small chance that when it says the name of the frog you chased, it doesn’t match up with it, but the name that it says is the name of the next frog you chase. For example, I had a Purple Tingo Clunicula chase a Golden Folium Lucus, and when I caught it, it said “Breed your Purple Tingo Clunicula with this Royal Aurum Lucus?” I was like, “What? That’s not a Royal Aurum Lucus, that’s a Golden Folium Lucus!” I then jumped around the lake some more and I found another frog. This time, it was a Royal Aurum Lucus! And the game said, “Breed your Purple Tingo Clunicula with this Royal Aurum Lucus?” I was a little bewildered because it’s like the game predicts what frog you will come across next in the very, very near future. Bruno? Is that you? Anyway, I know this is a very, very tiny little bug, but it would be nice if it was fixed, even if no one else noticed. After all, it’s a really awesome game! It will always be nostalgic and enjoyable!

I love this game quite a bit, and I enjoy playing it every day on the bus. BUT I think it would be a lot more awesome if I could name my frogs. I have ones that I feel attached to, and it would be nice if I could give them names so I could remember them better. It would feel more personal :)

### *---- "Excessive and disruptive interstitial ads ruined this app"
I used to love this app, but this new practice of forcing unexpected, full-screen ads just to access features that previously didn't require me to watch an ad has ruined the experience. I've had this app forever and am sad to see this latest version has basically transformed pocket frogs from a fun idle game to a miserable UX ad farm.

I love this game a lot, I used to play it frequently as a kid. I redownloaded it on my iPad recently and like to play it to relax. The game is just as fun and cute as I remember, but I do really miss the old app icon.
