Pocket Palette

This is really an amazing app I like it You can create wonderful colours with it.

This an amazing app for creating interesting and well-balanced as well as fully customizable colour schemes. Another feature that I really love is the ability to add pre-made schemes to your collection as well as to adjust them to your needs. Having a dark mode and a light mode is also a nice feature. The layout is very simplistic and easy to use. All of the features and capabilities of Pocket Palette are beyond anything I would normally expect from a free app. I will use this all the time to explore colour theory, design my own palettes, and create beautiful art. The only thing I would add is that I have wanted to submit a sample palette for a long time, and it would be nice to have some kind of forum for users to submit their original palettes to be potentially implemented as samples within the base app. As well, it would be nice to have more than 9 colour slots to work with, as it would be interesting to design a palette that I could use on a much larger scale. Otherwise, everything is absolutely amazing, every feature of the app is perfect for artists and designers, and I will have Pocket Palette on all of my devices for as long as I am making art. The best color palette app by far. So glad to find it, definitely love using it (even addictive lol). BUT, PLEASE PLS PLS add two more features: 1. Save/ Export pallets 2.Group pallets/ Add to collections

I really love this app, it’s far superior to all of the others. It is completely free, there is no limit, you can edit the palettes and rename them, you can make from 2 colours palettes to 9 colours palettes and it’s simply amazing. Only thing is that there is no landscape mode. I still 100% recommend!

This app is very well done. It would help if there was an export option tho. But other than that I give it a five star!

This app dominates the other apps easily because I can quickly add specific hex codes and fine tune a colour I want. This app is perfect for what I’m doing and has a very simplistic look and feel.

Not being able to save them to my gallery is a waste of space usage for my device. All we can do is make pallets. Reorganizing them would be appreciated too.

I’ve tried nearly all the top-rated color palette managers on iOS at this point, and this is the first color manager that simply does what it’s supposed to do: allow you to set, edit, save, and organize color palettes. All the other apps either try to do too much while missing basic functionality (e.g. editing a color by RGB hex code) or don’t function at all without expensive subscriptions, purchases, account logins, etc. (which would be fine if the app functionality were worth it, in nearly all cases it wasn’t). The only feature request I have (after which this app would pretty much be complete for me) is the ability for the app to suggest different tints, shades, complementary or opposite colors, etc. to speed up the process of fine-tuning a color scheme. The app helpfully allows three different input modalities for setting a color: hex, RGB, and HSB. I can typically get what I’m looking for by inputting my source hex and then tweaking using HSB as it’s a lot more human understandable than RGB. However, for those of us (myself included) who are not artists by training and are more lacking in the color theory department, it would help a lot to have some colors to choose from in the process of tweaking, rather than having to manually make a ton of mistakes tweaking HSB until happily finding the right color by chance :) Thanks for the excellent (and free) app. I’m definitely buying you a coffee or two for this one!
