"Pocket PEDIS Score - Evaluate Diabetic Foot Ulcers” is a mobile app designed to help health practitioner to categorise foot ulcer from diabetes mellitus with PEDIS score. Diabetic foot ulcer is an open sore or wound that occurs in approximately 15 percent of patients with diabetes mellitus and is commonly located on the bottom of the foot. Six percent of diabetic foot ulcer patients will be hospitalised due to infection or other foot ulcer-related complication.
