I am someone who downloaded this app based on its attractive ui and work potential. However, it was when I decided to commit to a premium subscription that I realized something was strange. I started with a 7-day premium free trial and that was when I noticed that the ads were all still there. So, being the stupid person I am, I thought to myself that maybe it was just bugged and it would fix itself when I pay for the full premium version. And I did. I paid well over 10 bucks for the yearly plan with no discount whatsoever. It was still the same. I was actively receiving ads, which made my user experience quite frustrating. So, I decided to mail the support team, and it wouldn’t be an understatement to say that the customer support service is absolutely horrible. I mailed them first time informing them of my problem, that I was not getting the premium treatment. They replied to me in two days, which I thought was cool. The “solution” I got was for me to log out of my apple id and log back in and click restore purchase and that should solve the problem. I did that but it was still the same thing. I got a message saying I must be logged in with the account I subscribed to the premium plan, which I already was. So, I mailed them again saying I was already logged in and the problem was so not getting fixed. This time, I waited for a whole 15 days and was not getting a reply. I was very disappointed at that point. I mailed them again informing them of my problem and asking if it is possible to request a refund. It’s been another two weeks now and I’m still not getting a reply and to be honest, I don’t really expect a reply at this point because my mail must’ve already been pushed down a lot. I got to my assignment cap last week and I can’t stand it anymore. To readers who read until this point, if you intend to use this app for short-term usage, I reluctantly recommend it. However, if you want to commit to a premium plan, I would absolutely not recommend it because what happened to me could very likely happen to you as well. :)

ล็อคอินผ่านเฟซบุ๊กในไอแพดได้ แต่ล็อคอินในโทรศัพท์ไม่ได้ แอปก็ค้างเยอะมาก โฆษณาเยอะเกิน
