간결하고 저렴함
다른 요가앱들은 이것저것 기능도 많고 클래스도 많지만 저는 직접 루틴을 짜는 기능 딱 하나만 필요해서 이걸 결제했어요. 6000원 내고 평생 쓸 수 있다니 좋습니다. 동작이 동영상으로 나오지 않아서 알아보기 힘들 때가 있어요. 초보자라면 어려울 것 같고, 요가 동작을 꽤 외우고 있는 수준이라면 이 앱으로도 충분할 것 같습니다. 루틴 짜는 게 처음에는 헷갈릴 수 있는데 쓰다 보면 익숙해지고요.

• Set the duration to hold each pose.
• Adjust the voice guidance.
• Adjust the side and direction of each pose.
• Add music from Apple Music, Spotify, your music library, or our built-in selection.
