I am trying to contact with the customer service till the previous night but I can connect with them

They did not updated video kyc I have done it 2 times still it’s showing pending in application. How lazy your team is..still facing issues with video kyc how idiotic is this app

This app wroks very well and is working properly.Very useful compared to other kyc and money lending application.Works very smooth and fast and is very userfriendly,the procedure are simple. ❤️

They take the numbers from contacts and they start blackmailing with the morphed photos to pay the money simply even if Loan is not taken I need someone to investigate this one properly and ensure not to play with people life

The app is full of bug. It’s painful to operate this application on ios devices.
