Finally got some bugs fixed Wish it had a call history listed for contacts, like RingCentral does.

Great Platform and keeps getting better. Really happy with it.

I can’t seem to get leads when people first write to us. I only receive info. After they are already speaking with someone from our company

Great hub for the switch in technology so much that it’s time management is bar none

This app is amazing! It allows us to communicate in a texting format that includes my whole team as well as send surveys, template forms all kinds of cool things that makes communicating with customers easier

Not good for sending videos

Love the idea of the app. However, it would be nice if instead of focusing on new features they focused on fixing the bugs. For example: Approximately half the time I open the app, it logs me out. Any time you go to assign a conversation to yourself, you scroll a bit, it glitches, and then it scrolls indefinitely through the same names. If your name is 15ish or further in line, you’re unable to assign conversations. Anytime you go to assign a conversation to yourself, the menu of names pops up twice. Not a huge issue but certainly annoying. I get the sense that the app works great for people connected to wifi. However, we use it in the field and generally have poor signal. The app effectively ceases to function without a very strong signal. I guess it is what it is but it would be awesome if the app actually worked as advertised. 04/30 edit: We rely on Podium for our customers to send videos/photos to us so we can assess issues. Podium heavily compresses all media files so they are incredibly pixelated and blurry. This is a pretty major issue.

I wish my company (SleepNumber) opened up the tools. E.g. mass text. Otherwise id rate it 5 stars.
