I have a subscription, and I’m logged into the app with the correct email and password (the same one works fine on a web browser and lets me access my subscription), but it won’t let me read the magazine and says I must purchase it to read. I already did??? The app is useless if they won’t fix this. Really frustrating.
How do I get it?
I love being able to read it any time I want. I’ve been reading it for years and every issue is a gem!
You have an app and it’s on my IPad WWHY is there no login to my paid subscription, where I can read this months magazine. And if it is there, where is it hidden? Some months I can find it, others I cannot. I’m very frustrated with this and probably will not renew unless this is fixed ..thank you
